Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Social Media Assistant in a hospitality setting to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, public relations, and brand promotion. The successful candidate will support our marketing initiatives by managing social media platforms, engaging with our online community, and assisting in the development of promotional content. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging social media content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online interactions to foster community engagement.
Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional materials that align with brand objectives.
Support the organisation of events, product launches, and public relations activities.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Experience

Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is essential.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
