Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Cornwall (Must be locally based)

JamFirst is a fast-growing marketing agency helping businesses generate real, measurable results. We specialise in lead generation, brand growth, and performance-driven marketing strategies. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to help scale our client base across Cornwall and beyond.

The Role

This is a hands-on, results-focused role where you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and converting them into long-term clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping our growth strategy and building strong relationships with businesses across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and generate new business leads
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, calendar management, communication & closing deals
Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and execute effective sales strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
Track, report, and optimise sales performance against targets

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development (agency experience preferred)
Strong track record of generating and converting leads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Good understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
Must be based in Cornwall
