Join B&M as a Customer Service Assistant at our store in Binhamy Retail Park and help create a brilliant shopping experience for our customers.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our store, where you'll play a key part in keeping the shelves full, the store looking great, and customers leaving with a smile. Whether you're helping customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, or supporting at the checkouts, you'll be part of a team that keeps things running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.
We have various part time roles available, offering 12 hours per week as follows:
Pricer - 7am until 11am
Cashier - various shifts between the hours of 9am and 10pm
What you'll be doing
- Delivering friendly, helpful service to customers across the store
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of availability
- Keeping the store clean, safe, and well presented
- Working on checkouts and handling transactions accurately
- Supporting colleagues to ensure the store runs efficiently
What you'll bring

Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. We're big on attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn!
