Are you an experienced Chef de Partie seeking an exciting opportunity in a vibrant and busy hotel? Look no further! We are searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our passionate culinary team at the Falcon Hotel Cornwall.

With a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences, across our thriving bar and restaurant, along with functions and events throughout the year. Join our kitchen and be part of a collaborative and creative environment dedicated to culinary excellence.

Role Overview:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chefs, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with menu planning, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes

- Preparing and cooking food to the highest standards

- Working in various sections of the kitchen

- Overseeing junior members of the kitchen team and assisting in their training and development

- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen environment

- Solid knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cooking equipment

- A passion for food and a creative approach to culinary arts

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and proper food handling techniques

- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications

Pay: £12.75-£15.91 per hour
