About Seiche

Seiche specialises in underwater acoustics and marine mammal detection. As the global market leader and at the forefront of passive acoustic monitoring (PAM) technology, our engineering, environmental, bioscience and research teams come together to provide full service and support to offshore energy, renewables, construction, and marine science sectors. The Role

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting our procurement operations.

Full-time 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday (Office based)
Must drive due to multi-site locations
Competitive salary dependent upon experience

The candidate will be responsible for:

Purchase Order Processing
Supplier Management
Documentation & Record-Keeping
Cost & Budget Management Support
Coordination & Communication
Inventory & Stock Monitoring
Quality Monitoring
Compliance & Risk Management

Desirable Skills

Minimum college level qualification.
Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience of managing sensitive and confidential data.
Able to work on own initiative and prioritise effectively, achieving results against deadlines.
