Registered Nurse (Multiple Positions – Part-Time & Full-Time)

Overview

We are seeking multiple dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (NMC Pin required) to join our team at our new care home, which is opening soon. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new healthcare service from the beginning and help shape high standards of nursing care within a supportive environment.

We are recruiting for both part-time and full-time positions, offering flexibility to suit different working patterns.

The ideal candidates will have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.

Duties

Assess residents’ health conditions and develop individualised care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in line with clinical guidelines
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress in care records
Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families regarding health conditions and care plans
Lead and support the care team, ensuring high standards of clinical practice are maintained
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth admissions, transfers, and ongoing care
Maintain compliance with health, safety, safeguarding, and infection control regulations
Ensure the care environment remains safe, clean, and well-managed at all times

Skills and Requirements

Valid NMC Registration (NMC Pin required)
Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Strong clinical and nursing assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, support, and motivate care teams effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail with accurate record-keeping and documentation
Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional approach to care
