About the role

As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You will help mentor junior staff, oversee preparation and service, and contribute to a creative, evolving menu.

Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment
Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced food
Strong leadership and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Immediate availability preferred
