About us

We are the South West’s leading independent TV & appliance repair centre providing workshop repair facilities and in-home support for home entertainment equipment and domestic appliances.

We are an energetic and customer-focused service-based company and now seeking likeminded individuals to join our team at our new location in Buckfastleigh.

The Role:

We're looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our fast-paced environment. The position is in a fast-paced environment and requires the successful candidate to have exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to their work.

Responsibilities:

· Booking repair jobs from various provider online portals.

· Generating and processing client invoices accurately.

· Communicating effectively with workshop and mobile engineers to discuss repairs in progress.

· Discussing costs and potential solutions for repairs with clients, manufacturers, and retailers.

· Assisting in the identification and procurement of parts required to complete a repair and ensuring this is billed back to the client.

Requirements:

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
Experience navigating digital systems and web-based portals.
Good numerical skills
A professional telephone manner and confidence in managing email correspondence.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
