The Service & Team:
You will be working in the Business Support, Integrated Systems and Performance team supporting the Together for Families and Safe and Caring Communities Directorate.
The Role:
You, as apart of a small team, will be responsible for processing and dispatching disclosure requests in compliance with policies, procedures and guidance and in a timely manner and within timescale.
You will maintain and administer the archived physical records inventory, ensuring records are accurately stored and can be retrieved in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Council meets it statutory obligations.
This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
This position will be subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
Working Pattern:
37 hours over 5 days
What you’ll need to succeed:
You will be a skilled, confident administrator with experience in completing disclosure requests and are able to prioritise and manage your work effectively to meet statutory deadlines. You will be confident in providing advice and communicating with members of the public and colleagues including the Police and other agencies.
