We specialise in Paid Advertising, SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing, delivering results-driven campaigns that generate real ROI.

We're now looking for a motivated Paid Ads Executive to join us and help deliver successful campaigns for our growing client base.

Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven decision making.

You'll be responsible for supporting and managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads, helping clients generate leads, sales and brand awareness.

Whether you already have PPC experience or have developed your skills through study and personal projects, we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, analytical in their thinking and committed to delivering excellent results.

Role and responsibilities

· Create, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads.

· Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research to identify opportunities for campaign growth.

· Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.

· Analyse data using Google Analytics and advertising platforms.

· Produce reports and communicate performance insights to clients.

· Write compelling ad copy and contribute ideas for creative campaigns.

· Review websites and landing pages to identify opportunities for improved user experience and conversion rates.

· Stay up to date with industry developments, platform updates and emerging digital marketing trends.

· Support wider digital marketing activities when required.

Essential skills

· A genuine interest in digital marketing and paid advertising.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable skills

· Experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads.

· Experience using Google Analytics or GA4.

· Understanding of PPC and paid social advertising principles.

· Experience using WordPress or other CMS platforms.

· Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

· Google Ads certifications or relevant digital marketing qualifications.

Qualifications

· GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.

· Digital Marketing, PPC or related qualifications are desirable but not essential.
