EDGE NOKO - Ringsfield, Suffolk

EDGE NOKO is looking for passionate, driven, and creative chefs of all levels to join our growing kitchen team in Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Alex Clare and be part of a unique food and hospitality experience focused on exceptional quality, creativity, and memorable guest experiences.

Whether you are an experienced Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or an ambitious cook looking to develop your career, we would love to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to:

Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Develop your culinary skills under experienced leadership.
Contribute ideas for menus, specials, and seasonal dishes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Assist with food preparation and service across all kitchen sections.
Ensure food hygiene, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation.
Support stock management, rotation, and waste control.
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Assist with menu development and daily specials where appropriate.
Deliver excellent service during busy periods while maintaining quality and consistency.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential for junior positions.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Food Hygiene certification is advantageous.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts when required.
