FLOW Performance & Wellness is growing rapidly, and with the successful launch of our second location in Rowhedge, we’re now looking for an exceptional full-time coach to join our team across both sites.
This is not a commercial gym role.

THE ROLE
This will be a full-time employed coaching role based across both our Mersea and Rowhedge facilities.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coaching small group and large group personal training sessions
- Delivering exceptional member experiences
- Supporting member progress and accountability
- Conducting consultations and InBody scans
- Helping build culture, energy and community across both sites
- Supporting onboarding and retention of members
- Becoming a leader within the FLOW coaching team
You’ll work closely alongside an ambitious, supportive and passionate team who genuinely care about raising standards and building careers within the industry.

- Has a Level 2 & 3 PT qualification (or equivalent)

This role is NOT suited to somebody wanting to simply “rent gym floor space” or operate as a solo PT.

Hours:
30–40 per week
Pay:
£14.00–£35.00 per hour (depending on experience and responsibilities)

- Colchester CO5 7DX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
