Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our organisation’s online presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and fostering positive relationships with our audience. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally
Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement
Stay informed of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and relevant
Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and media contacts to enhance brand reputation
