Are you confident working with clients, skilled at recommending tailored solutions, and able to turn conversations into clear, accurate project estimates? Do you enjoy combining design thinking with problem-solving and client engagement?
At Caribbean Blinds, we’re looking for a Project Estimator & Design Consultant to join our growing team. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with part-time hours ideally spread across Monday to Friday (approximately 5 hours per day).
This is a varied, client-facing role that blends virtual consultations, on-site experiences, and project estimation—offering real opportunity to influence outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising clients on the outdoor living / solar shading solutions for their space
- Running virtual consultations via video, phone, and email
- Hosting in-person appointments at our Dream Gardens Showsite & Shading Experience Centre, guiding clients through options and demonstrations
- Discussing design choices, features, and recommendations with confidence
- Producing accurate estimates for recommended solutions
- Scheduling site surveys and managing early-stage client journeys
- Updating and managing enquiries using our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a client-facing, consultative role (sales, estimating, design, interiors, or similar)
- Confident using CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable running video consultations and presenting solutions
- Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
- A consultative, customer-first mindset
- Experience in shading, interiors, landscaping or home improvement is a bonus but not essential

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
