Full job description

IT Support Technician (Full-Time / In-Person)

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday. Shifts rotate between 8:00-16:30 and 8:50-17:20. Standard lunch break applies.
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

We’re looking for a tech‑savvy, people‑friendly problem solver to join our team. Just as important as technical ability, we care about attitude, teamwork, and being a decent human to work alongside.

If you’re interested in technology and want to start or develop a career in IT, this is a great opportunity to do that in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment where you’ll be encouraged, backed up, and given room to grow.

As our IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers - helping to troubleshoot issues, install software, set up user accounts, and escalate more complex problems to senior engineers when needed. You won’t be left to sink or swim; you’ll be supported by people who want you to succeed.

What You’ll Bring

A genuine interest in technology - whether that’s gaming, building PCs, or fixing Wi‑Fi issues
Some customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or any people‑facing role)
A logical approach to problem‑solving
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
Some familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, or basic networking concepts is helpful, but not essential

Previous IT support experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided.

This is an office-based role. Applicants must already be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Witney and able to attend the office regularly.
