Full job description

Working Pattern: Term time only + Inset days
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday Friday 8am - 3pm
Actual Starting Salary (calculated pro rata): £20,635 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

The Burgess Hill Academy is seeking a committed and organised Inclusion Administrator / Parent Liaison to support our SEND provision. This is a rewarding role working closely with the SENCO, support staff, students, and families to ensure every learner receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate pupil passports and SEN provision records
Support coordination of SEND provision
Assist with EHCP documentation and annual reviews
Support vulnerable students and contribute to intervention planning
Liaise with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies (e.g. CAMHS)
Help coordinate access arrangements for exams
Build strong relationships with families and support parent communication
Assist with the running of our SEN area - The Haven

Qualifications:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) essential
