At DGCS.io, we are expanding our Mobile Response Team and are looking for reliable, professional, and proactive officers to join us.
This is not a static guarding role. As a Mobile Response Officer, you’ll be trusted to work independently across a range of sites — responding to alarm activations, securing properties, conducting patrols, and helping protect our clients’ premises.
Every shift is different, and attention to detail matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your duties will include:
- Responding to alarm activations and emergency call-outs
- Conducting mobile and foot patrols across multiple client sites
- Locking and unlocking premises
- Carrying out visible patrols to deter trespassing, theft, anti-social behaviour, and criminal damage
- Completing scheduled vacant property inspections
- Conducting mandatory fire alarm tests and emergency lighting checks in line with site requirements
- Resetting fire and intruder alarm systems where appropriate
- Completing clear and accurate reports, incident logs, and patrol records
- Carrying out dynamic risk assessments and identifying issues before they escalate
- Working closely with our 24/7 Control Room to maintain site safety and service standards
This role requires a high level of professionalism, reliability, and accuracy in reporting.
What We’re Looking For
✔ SIA Door Supervisor Licence
✔ Full UK manual driving licence
✔ Strong communication skills and confident decision-making
✔ Good written English and report-writing ability
✔ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable
- Mobile patrol, keyholding, or alarm response experience
- Previous private security experience
- Experience working in lone or mobile roles

- 10–12 hour shifts
