Full job description

Opus Plastics are plastic injection moulding and extrusion manufacturer specialists with over 35 years experience based on Greendale Business Park near Exeter. Our factory deals with a range of customers and suppliers from Large Multi Nationals to SMEs in the UK, Europe and worldwide. We work at each stage of the product lifecycle from initial Computer Aided Design, rapid prototypes to post production assembly, packaging and logistics in an extensive range of market sectors.

Job Requirements

Setting and Operating Injection Moulding Machines

Tool Changes

Process Optimisation / Tool Validation

Hot Runners

Operating and Programming Robots

Quality Procedures

Tool Maintenance

Machine Maintenance

Fork Lift B1 (Counterbalance)

Full knowledge of setting injection moulding machines is essential. Experience with Negri Bossi, Battenfeld and Haitian machines is desirable but training can be given.

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
