Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Driver/Labourer to join our team. This role involves driving to sites around Essex, South East, London etc and providing labour support across various operational tasks within our role as Ventilation Hygiene Engineers. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, experience with manual working, and willing to help and learn . This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a dynamic role that combines driving responsibilities with hands-on labour work.

Duties

Safely operate company vehicles, to specified locations within a timely manner
Assist with loading and unloading items, ensuring proper handling and securement
Perform manual labour tasks such as loading and unloading ladders and tools
Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly
Follow schedules and routes efficiently to meet deadlines
Adhere to all health and safety regulations during driving and labour activities

Skills

Proven driving experience
Strong communication skills for liaising with team members and clients
Ability to perform labouring safely and efficiently
Excellent organisational skills to manage schedules
Knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices
Physical fitness to handle labour tasks over extended periods

This role is suitable for motivated individuals who thrive in active roles combining driving with manual work. Applicants should be organised, safety-conscious, and possess good communication skills to excel in this position.
