A rare opportunity has become available to join the team at Karma Beauty & Aesthetics, one of Essex’s most loved, recently renovated and award winning beauty destinations.
Located in the heart of West Mersea, Colchester (CO5 8QT), Karma Beauty is a thriving salon with a loyal client base, a supportive team and a passion for delivering exceptional treatments and customer care.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Beautician to join our growing team on a permanent basis, averaging 35 hours per week (set working days outlined below).

The Role
We are seeking an experienced therapist who is passionate about the beauty industry and takes pride in delivering outstanding treatments and customer experiences.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain exceptionally high standards
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry
- Full driving licence and own transport due to our countryside location
Desirable Skills but not required
- Gel nail experience
- Individual lash qualifications
- Massage experience
- Previous salon or clinic experience

Pay & Benefits
Hourly rate starting from £13.00 per hour.
With our commission structure, therapists regularly earn the equivalent of £20+ per hour when targets are achieved.
Many of our therapists working around 35 hours per week earn an additional £175+ per week in commission, plus client tips.
