Job Summary ONLY APPLICANT WITH MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE 10-15 IN CHILDREN RESIDENTIAL SETTING OF WILL BE CONSIDERED

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and support of our children and young people. You will provide a nurturing and stable environment, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your responsibilities will include providing emotional support, assisting with daily activities, promoting positive behaviour, and coordinating with other childcare professionals.

Salary Bracket:

£15-£17 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A genuine passion for working with children and young people.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.

4. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

5. PMVA Training certificate.

6. Right to work in the United Kingdom.

7. We do not offer sponsorship

7. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Children Care

8. Successful candidates should be willing to work within our children’s home, supported accommodation or Supported Living Services
