Job Description

Germ Clean Ltd is looking for a reliable and flexible Cleaning Technician to join our team.

This role involves working across a variety of sites, including offices, leisure facilities, Airbnb properties, and commercial settings, ensuring all spaces are cleaned to a high standard and ready for use.

Due to the varied nature of the work, no two shifts are the same—making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

General cleaning duties across multiple property types, including:
Offices and commercial spaces
Leisure facilities
Airbnb and short-term rental properties
HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation)
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas
Dusting and sanitising surfaces
Changing bedding and preparing Airbnb properties (where required)
Emptying bins and waste disposal
Following cleaning checklists and company standards

Working Hours

Monday- Saturday
5–20 hours per week, depending on workload and availability
Flexible shift patterns (may vary week to week)

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Flexible and adaptable to different types of cleaning environments
