Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing team! Responsibilities

High Street Sales - On the Fields

Sell Youfibre Products & Services

Engage with potential and existing clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote our offerings.
Develop and execute strategic plans to target B2B (business-to-business) clients within assigned territories.
Negotiate terms and close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems.
Manage your schedule efficiently by prioritizing appointments, follow-ups, and territory coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless delivery of services or products.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or field sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
Valid driving license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently within designated territories.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively convey value propositions.
Familiarity with IT tools such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing contacts and reports.
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client appointments efficiently.
Experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and relationship building.
