Pendleside Hospice is one of the principal providers of palliative and end‑of‑life care services to adults in Burnley and Pendle. Our Catering Team plays a vital role in supporting this care by providing nutritious, high‑quality meals for patients, families, staff, volunteers, and the wider community through our Meals on Wheels service.
As part of our multi‑national award‑winning team, you will join a service recognised for excellence, compassion, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for food alongside good communication and interpersonal skills.

RETAIL COORDINATOR
25 hours – To work flexibly over 5 days
Annual Salary £16,752
This is a great time to join our retail team. As part of our plans for 2026, we’re expanding our retail operation, with one new shop already opened this year, our first department store opening soon and more to follow!
On a day to day basis you will support the stores full time manager, assisting in managing a
team of volunteers, you will relish the challenge of improving profitability as well as ensuring
the smooth running of your shop. Engaging with supporters and our local community brings
with it a sense of pride and achievement whilst feeling like you are making a real difference.
This is a 25 hours per week position, worked between Monday and Sunday. Flexibility will
be essential, as will the ability to apply your skills with positivity and enthusiasm.
