About This Role
We are seeking caring, patient, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide overnight support for a wonderful young boy in the comfort of his own home.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping him feel safe, comfortable, and settled throughout the night. You will support his bedtime routine, offer reassurance and comfort, and provide a calm, attentive presence whenever he needs it.
While some nights may be peaceful and restful, others may require more hands-on care and clinical support. We are therefore looking for someone who can respond with confidence, compassion, and sensitivity to his changing needs.
He is a happy and playful little boy who enjoys:
- Cuddles and comfort at bedtime
- Watching CBeebies
- Music and familiar routines
- Being around calm, caring people who help him feel secure
Care requirements include:
- Personal care and moving & handling support
- PEG feeding
- Tracheostomy care and oxygen support
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys delivering person-centred care and takes pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and reassuring environment for children and their families.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children or young people with complex healthcare needs is essential. Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Additional requirements, such as a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle or previous clinical experience, should also be included here.
We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
