Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant to join our team in Ville Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail to contribute to our welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
Ensure all public areas, corridors, and communal facilities are kept tidy and presentable
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities in each room or area
Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene standards and confidentiality

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality environments
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service
Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
