Full job description

`Angel Care North Limited is a well established family run Business based in Whickham.

We are looking for an experienced hard working Care co-ordinator to join our team and work closely with our Staff and Service users.

As a coordinator you will work in the community as well as in the office

Must hold a care qualification.

We want our co-ordinator to be able to have compassion and empathy, be flexible and be able to guide our team to carry on their outstanding care they deliver in the best possible way.

Our co-ordinators must be understanding and have the knowledge required to make sure our company develops and grows while keeping our excellent reputation.

As a Co-ordinator and due to the nature of the job role a driving license is essential.

Job Role

As a care co-ordinator you are required to:

Coordinators are required to work on the road and be office based.

Be flexible with working hours and must be able to cover shifts at short notice.

Complete the staff rotas.

Provide support to the staff out of office hours and weekends via the on call duty phone.

Cover holidays.

You must have good communication skills and be able to work alongside your colleges in a polite and professional manner.

It is important you have the ability to multitask and are well organised.

As a co-ordinator it will be your role to shadow in new members of staff and carry out spot checks on other staff.

Ensure all digital care plans are kept up to date and reviewed regularly.

Ensure all EMAR's are kept up to date

Always keep the manager informed of any issues that have been reported to you.

Make sure risk assessments or any new risks are documented and reported to the manager.

Our Care Co-ordinators are an extremely important part of out company and represent us, it is highly important that you always show professionalism and dedication to your job role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Experience:

care: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

uk Driving Licence (preferred)
