Full job description

We’re growing our Edinburgh team and are now looking for a Trainee Campaign Manager to join our fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting live client campaigns and brand projects.

This opportunity is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants practical experience, real responsibility, and clear progression into campaign management — without being limited to a traditional graduate programme.

The Role

This is a training-focused role with structured development and genuine opportunities to progress into more senior campaign and management positions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day coordination of live marketing and sales campaigns
Support campaign planning, scheduling, and on-site execution
Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimisation
Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns run efficiently
Represent client brands professionally and maintain high customer engagement standards
Participate in ongoing training focused on campaign management, leadership, and communication
Contribute to a motivated, collaborative, and high-energy team environment

Training & Development

You’ll receive:

Full training in campaign coordination and management fundamentals
One-to-one mentoring and continuous coaching
Exposure to campaign strategy, performance analysis, and client relations
Development in leadership, organisation, communication, and team management skills
Clear progression pathways into Campaign Manager and senior leadership roles

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for individuals who:

Are ambitious, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in campaign management
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work well in team-based, fast-moving environments
Are organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Enjoy goal-oriented environments with opportunities for progression

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, events, or team-based roles is beneficial but not required. Full training is provided.
