Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our well established team. The ideal candidate will possess, a passion for food, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a vibrant hospitality environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Previous restaurant experience and a background in food production are essential, along with excellent communication abilities.

Duties

Oversee all aspects of food production, including cooking, plating, and presentation
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times

Skills

Proven experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
Excellent skills in cooking and food presentation
Solid understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and management
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service through culinary excellence

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
