Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Supported Living Officer to join our team in Salford, Manchester. This role is based in our supported accommodation properties in Salford and involves leading care teams to deliver exceptional support services, ensuring our residents requirements with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise support staff to ensure high-quality support for residents.
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to each client.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and external agencies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Support staff training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or leadership experience within social care or supported living settings.
- Strong communication skills for effective team leadership and resident engagement.
- Valid driving licence and vehicle for transportation needs.
- Knowledge of care planning and relevant legislation.
- IT literacy for documentation and communication.
- Experience in senior care or related fields is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
