You will prepare and review architectural information, coordinate with consultants and clients, monitor project progress, and help ensure designs meet quality, programme, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects through agreed design stages
- Develop architectural drawings and design information
- Coordinate project documentation and drawing packages
- Review technical information for accuracy and quality
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Attend project and design coordination meetings
- Monitor project programmes and key deadlines
- Coordinate architectural information with other disciplines
- Support planning and building-regulation submissions
- Review design changes and maintain accurate project records
- Assist with specifications and technical schedules
- Conduct site visits and project reviews when required
- Identify design and coordination issues
- Support junior architectural team members
- Maintain project documentation and drawing registers
- Help ensure projects meet agreed design and quality standards
- Support preparation of client presentations and project reports
- Follow company design, quality, and information-management procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Three or more years of relevant architectural experience
- Experience supporting or delivering architectural projects
- Experience preparing coordinated design and technical information
- Previous client and consultant coordination experience
- Experience across residential, commercial, workplace, or mixed-use projects is beneficial
Skills
- Strong architectural design and technical abilities
- Good understanding of UK construction and design processes
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Good attention to detail and design quality
- Ability to manage several project priorities
- Experience with CAD, BIM, or architectural design software
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professional client and stakeholder communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education
- Degree in Architecture or a related architectural discipline
- ARB registration is preferred where applicable
- RIBA qualifications or equivalent professional standing are beneficial
Pay: £39,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
