Sales Executive - Time & Attendance / HR Solutions (Appley Bridge, UK) £32K + Depending on experience

Auto Time Systems is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Appley Bridge. We offer a comprehensive suite of time and attendance solutions designed to help businesses streamline their operations, improve workforce management, and boost productivity.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our time and attendance & HR solutions to businesses across the North West.

You will develop strong relationships with potential clients, identify their needs, and present our solutions in a compelling way. You will also play a key role in closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Qualify and prospect for new leads through various channels (phone, email, networking).
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges related to time and attendance management.
Craft compelling sales presentations highlighting how our solutions address specific client pain points.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Provide excellent post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep our CRM up to date track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the time & attendance / HR software industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
