As a Field Sales Representative, we are looking for confident, outgoing individuals to join our team and represent some of the UK's leading brands. You will be the face of our represented non-profits and brands, engaging with the public to increase awareness and generate support for a variety of important causes. Your role will involve direct interaction with individuals and communities across Southampton, sharing the mission and vision of our clients and encouraging donations and long-term support. · Inspiring and confident in the brand you represent · Competitive nature and have a great personality · Resilient with an excellent work ethic · 100% attendance and self-disciplined · Progression is available for individuals seeking more allowing them to grow to management level within our organisation
Responsibilities
Represent multiple non-profits/clients professionally as part of our rapidly growing Door-to-Door & Event teams.
Engage with the public in a friendly and informative manner to raise awareness and support.
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing impact.
Qualifications
No Experience? No problem!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about supporting and advocating for important causes.
Previous experience in fundraising, sales, retail or marketing is a plus.
