As our Technology Support Officer, you will support teachers and students across multiple schools, ensuring that the technology they rely on for success is always operational. In this role, you won’t just fix IT issues—you’ll help shape the future of learning by integrating technology into the classroom and beyond.

As part of our team, you’ll work with modern, advanced IT infrastructure and be involved in the rollout of new equipment and technology across our schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skills and grow your expertise in an ever-evolving educational environment. Whether you’re troubleshooting complex issues or implementing new systems, you’ll gain valuable experience while making a real difference.

Core Purpose

As our Technology Support Officer, you will be the go-to expert for day-to-day IT support in our schools, reporting directly to the Deputy Trust IT Manager. Your main responsibility will be to maintain fully operational IT networks, providing hardware and software support, MIS support, and ensuring IT security compliance across multiple sites. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
