In the range of £31,944 - £35,307 per annum pro-rata, actual salary in the range of £28,300 - £31,279 per annum Starting salaries will normally be aligned with the first point in the grade for the role.

Day to day duties

Required skills and qualifications

Skills

Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to supporting young people
Ability to use a range of Information Technology/Information Communication Technology systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to engage groups of students through the delivery of personal development tutorials
Ability to analyse and interpret basic student related data, for example relating to patterns of absence/absence levels
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks through to completion within prescribed deadlines

Education

English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above/willingness to obtain, or equivalent skill level
Willingness and ability to undertake Level 3 Award in Education and Training
