At Alton Towers Resort, we're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Team Leader to join our team. Whether you're already leading shifts or ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in one of the UK's most iconic entertainment destinations.

Working as part of a the Food & Beverage team, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurants and bars.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Duty Managers to deliver high operational standards across restaurant and bar areas
Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day service
Supporting the team with guest enquiries and delivering excellent customer service
Helping maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
Completing daily checks and ensuring procedures are followed
Coaching, motivating, and supporting team members to perform at their best
Driving sales opportunities and helping achieve business targets
Creating a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, cafe, or food & beverage environment
Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organised and perform well in a busy environment
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to teamwork
Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the nature of the role
