Previous Shot Blaster/Spraying Operative Experience would be ideal but we are prepared to offer full training for a willing candidate.
The work is physical with manual handling and you will be required to wear full PPE including face mask during the role.
Duties include;
Operative main duties will be shot blasting various industrial metal parts, thermal metal spraying and Spray Painting.
Workplace maintenance
Compressed air and associated equipment operation
Parts stripping, cleaning and blasting surfaces in preparation for coatings and overlays.
Operation of shot blasting equipment with the potential to progress onto learning Airless Spray Painting/Powder Coating techniques.
Manual handling is a key part of the role.
Experienced candidates not necessarily required but a good work ethic as training will be provided.
