Overview
Our Enforcement team is responsible for the daily operational support for all of our Enforcement Agents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily support to the Enforcement Coordinator by liaising with Agents, allocating workload and caseloads and they will be required to provide accurate, efficient and high-level administrative support; remaining compliant and abiding by legislation at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocating and reviewing caseloads for all Enforcement Agents
- Completing daily administrative tasks
- Monitoring of staff (Enforcement Agent cleansing)
- Liaising daily with Enforcement Agents and Clients
- Completion of weekly plans, alongside the Enforcement team
- Vehicle tracking and monitoring
- Reviewing all Enforcement Agent’s certificates
- Liaising with all other departments within the business
- Dealing with incoming calls/emails and updating cases
- Working closely with the CFO and Accounts to process Enforcement Agent’s banking
- Agent recruitment
- Assisting with spreadsheet updates and creation.
- Daily, weekly and monthly planning.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience
- You will have proven experience in an administrative role.
- You will be able to evidence working alone or as part of a team
- You will have experience of the Enforcement and Debt Collection industry
- You will have proven experience using Microsoft Office systems.

- Excellent communication - you have strong written and verbal communication skills. You will have a high attention to detail.
- Personable - you know how to make colleagues and clients comfortable talking to you, and they find you both engaging and credible.
- Organisation - you can follow a process, handle multiple and changing timescales and stay on top of a varied and rapidly changing workload without dropping the ball. You are flexible and highly self-motivated as well as being able to work as part of a collaborative team.
