Summary:

As a Front of House Assistant at REEL Rochdale, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service within the hospitality and catering industry. Your primary focus will be to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests, assisting with their needs and contributing to a positive dining experience. This part-time position is essential for maintaining the high standards of service that REEL Rochdale is known for.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and attentive service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, as well as restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
