We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support across the business. In areas such as commercial, finance and compliance. This is a key role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑level administrative support to senior management and departmental leads.
Administer specific company procedures to assist departments in ensuring processes are followed.
Prepare, review and maintain documentation, reports and correspondence.
Oversee and improve administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Assist department heads and department leads in areas such as commercial regarding subcontractors, compliance and purchasing such as supply chain management.
Support junior administrative staff, offering guidance and mentoring as required.
Ensure policies, procedures and deadlines are consistently met.

About You:

You will be a proactive, reliable and confident administrator with proven experience in a senior or supervisory role. You will be comfortable working independently, using initiative and exercising sound judgement.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or similar role.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Professional, discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information.

Desirable:

Knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme for Subcontractors.
Experience supporting senior leadership or management teams.
Experience mentoring or supervising administrative colleagues.
