West Suffolk College are seeking a Programme Tutor – Electrical who is passionate about using their knowledge and skills to coach and mentor the next generation of Apprentices. This exciting opportunity to become an assessor within the Strategic Growth and Partnerships Apprenticeship Team at West Suffolk College.
We are looking for an individual who is not only qualified to Level 3 or above in Electrical Installation (such as a Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical), but who also has at least two years of experience within the sector. In this role, you will manage an agreed caseload of apprenticeship students, supporting the assessment of their Electrical Installation and Maintenance competencies. You will be a key part of our mission to provide outstanding apprenticeship provision - contributing to student success and strengthening local workforce development.
While a teaching/tutoring experience is desirable, it’s not essential - we value your industry background and enthusiasm for training the next generation. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
