We’re looking for driven, confident and resilient individuals to join our growing fundraising team, representing Local Hospice Lottery in communities across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for people who are happy, friendly and tenacious, enjoy meeting new people, and bring a good sense of humour to the day-to-day realities of working in the field.
As a self-employed fundraiser, you’ll have the flexibility to work when it suits you — while building an income that reflects your effort and consistency.
What you’ll do
- Speak directly with members of the public about supporting their local hospice
- Encourage sign-ups to the weekly lottery
- Work in residential areas and selected venues (where available)
- Manage your day in an organised and professional way
- Use a simple digital system to register supporters
- Represent a trusted charity partner with confidence
What we’re looking for
- Previous face-to-face fundraising or direct sales experience (essential)
- A driven, resilient and tenacious approach
- Confidence in public-facing conversations
- A happy and friendly personality
- A good sense of humour and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently in an organised and professional manner
Earnings & Benefits
- Average earnings up to £70,000+ per year
- £30 per chance for every supporter you sign up (minimum)
- Weekly pay
- No earnings cap — performance-based income
