Operations Supervisor – Huws Gray Newmarket - Drive Efficiency, Support Your Team, and Make a Real Impact

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Operations Supervisor to lead a team of yard operatives, manage operations, and provide great customer service at our Newmarket branch.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating and overseeing transport & fleet operations, ensuring accurate that get to our customers on time
Supporting, monitoring and communicating with your eam to keep things running efficient
Maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external contacts across the supply chain
Provide create customer service while dealing with out customers, whether that is over the phone or on our counter
Managing health and safety practices to ensure a safe and tidy working environment
Ensuring branch policies and compliance standards are met
Oversee operations including work allocation, stock counter, site management, setting and communicating objectives, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving problems
