Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality components.
- Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, and assemble wood components.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production.
- Report any quality or safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Ability to follow technical drawings and specifications with precision.
- Experience using hand and power tools for carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
