As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman/women to strengthen our delivery team.
Working across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and public sector properties, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out projects. This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first-class joinery, maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.
- Install, repair and replace doors, frames, flooring, kitchens, partitions and general joinery items.
- Support refurbishment, fit-out and improvement projects from start to finish.
- Attend site surveys and assist with project planning where required.
- Ensure work areas are safe, organised and completed to a high standard.
- Build positive working relationships with customers, colleagues and subcontractors.
- Complete digital job reports, timesheets and photographic records.
- Identify additional works and report opportunities to management.
- Work in line with company procedures and Health & Safety legislation.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment responsibly.
What We're Looking For
The successful applicant will have:
- At least five years' experience as a qualified Joiner.
- Previous experience within a multi-skilled maintenance or construction environment.
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
Not essential, the following would be advantageous:
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Additional construction or trade-related qualifications
