Position vacant for Dispensing and Chemist Counter Assistant

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions - Basic math skills for cash handling - Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication administration is a plus. As a Counter Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support at our pharmacy counter. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers, assist with their needs, and contribute to the overall success of our pharmacy operations. If you are a patient-oriented individual with experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings, we encourage you to apply. Job Type: Part-time hours 32 Monday, 9-6 Tuesday 9-6 Thursday 9-6 and Friday 9-6 occasional Saturday rota cover.
