Are you looking for a rewarding role working with adults with complex needs? The Community Intervention Team in Adult Services has a vacancy for a Project Officer to work with vulnerable adults to provide outcomes focused support that will promote personal growth and development.

The right candidate will have a good understanding of the principles of social inclusion and promoting independence, safeguarding of vulnerable individuals and excellent communication skills.
