About Grounded
Grounded is more than just a coffee shop — it's a welcoming wellness and community hub where great coffee, nourishing food, meaningful connection, and positive energy come together. Alongside the café, we also offer a contrast therapy wellness space designed to support wellbeing and community connection.
Grounded was created by Tidy Butt as an extension of the charity — a physical bricks-and-mortar space that allows people to come in, connect, and access the services, support, and sense of community we provide. Grounded and Tidy Butt work hand in hand to support each other's growth, impact, and mission.
Because of this, a genuine passion for mental health, wellbeing, and community support is essential for this role.
We're looking for a passionate, organised, and community-driven Coffee & Wellness Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our busy and vibrant café space.
