Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations

Manage food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations
Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
Train staff in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and serving procedures to ensure consistency and excellence
Maintain high levels of hospitality by ensuring timely service and attentive customer interactions

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective team management skills
Solid background in food safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience managing food production workflows and controlling kitchen costs
Excellent communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with front-of-house teams
Knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality standards, and serving procedures
