Night Care Assistant – Elderly Residential Care Service

Location: Glenholme Healthcare, Thimbleby Court, Horncastle, LN9 5RA
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Shifts: Night shifts available (exact hours to be discussed during interview)

Your Responsibilities as a Night Care Assistant

As a Night Care Assistant, you will support older adults to remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night while promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
Supporting with personal care routines
Assisting with mobility needs during the night
Supporting medication administration and healthcare needs
Helping with light domestic duties such as cleaning and preparing drinks
Responding promptly and compassionately to residents' needs throughout the night
Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
Working closely with the wider care team to ensure high standards of care are maintained
